At ABC Network, we prioritize the well-being and quality of life for the dogs we help. We strive to ensure they receive the medical care needed and once healthy, find their forever families. Through our efforts, we provide vital support, care, and opportunities for a better life for these animals. Below are some stories of just some of the pets we have been able to help.

Gracie and her sister were dumped by their owner's at a high kill shelter. She suffered severe mange and was greatly malnourished.
due to the severity of her own conditions. Second Chance Rescue got Gracie and sent her to us for care. We were able to get her mange under control.
Once she got healthy she started obedience and service dog training. She has since been adopted by a military family for their autistic child.
Damsel had suffered severe abuse. She had acid dumped on her. The severe burns she suffered caused mange and major infections.
She was in extreme pain and depressed. Her eyes suffered badly from the burns and they thought she was going to go blind but she didn't.
Through a lot of care and treatment we were able to save her eyesight. She has stayed with us and will forever be in our care in our sanctuary. We couldn't love this strong girl more!
Conan came to us on death's door.
He had severe pneumonia and required a lot of veterinary care to recover.
We are so ecstatic to say he has fully recovered and has found his forever home!
Jackson is an absolute superstar! She Came to us with a broken pelvic bone and spinal cord injuries.
With the treatment we provided, she was able to heal well and became a service animal.
She is very well loved and loves to celebrate Holidays with her dad!
Second Chances Rescue received a pregnant dog who ended up going septic during her birth. Only 1 puppy survived.
We got Cashes Clay at only 5 days old weighing just at 5oz. He was smaller than a stick of butter. He was kept in incubator and we had to bottle feed him every 2hrs.
He thrived in our care and he is now a happy and healthy sized chihuahua who loves to play with his family.
Harmony came to us unable to walk or stand, she had been hit by a car. She also had 7, 3 week old, puppies with her. When we got her she was too ill to nurse her puppies so we had to separate them and bottle feed the puppies. We hand reared the little ones while Harmony was getting her treatments.
We were determined to give this sweet girl a fighting chance. She suffered a broken pelvis, broken legs, and spinal column damage. It was touch and go for a long time because the veterinarian did not think she would make it due to the severity of her spinal column damage.
Harmony has endured a very long but very successful recovery. We are ecstatic to say that she has found a loving and doting family, and all of her puppies have been adopted as well. Our love goes out to all of them!
Champion and Star are owned by a sweet and caring mom who was recently deployed to Japan for 2 years. They have been approved to go live with her, so now we are working to get them there. These cuties will be remaining in our care until we can safely transport them to Japan to reunite with their owner.
Your support and contributions will enable us to help more pets, like the ones above. Thank you for caring!
